FAIL Blog comes just with its annual list of top failure, moments and videos/photos, all voted on by the community. The culmination of the list? Justin Bieber all "Failiest" honour with 44% of the vote.

Other winners include Snooki (with 10% of votes), Tiger Woods (8%), Mel Gibson (7%), Lindsay Lohan (5%), Bristol Palin (5%), Mike Sorrentino (aka "the situation") (4%), Kardashians (4%), Brett Favre (4%) and Miley Cyrus (3%).
