Organize your tasks with simple lists Workable with WorkFlowy (blogging tips)

Lately, my days consist of stand and perform the tasks that I need to do, but then lose half of the day and only get half of my tasks. It seems that I cannot emphasis and any point I'm trying to organize, seems to fail. This is why I was pleased to meet WorkFlowy, a tool used to "organize your brain." You can create lists that are then broken up into tasks. This allows you to really focus on each part of an individual task rather than listening as a whole.

WorkFlowy is very simple to use and aims to increase your productivity leaving you break your tasks, add notes and mark items as complete. It's kind of like creating a preview in Microsoft Word, since you can indent the elements that required to create paragraphs, as shown below).

There are a handful of other commands and shortcuts available for WorkFlowy as the zoom and drag and drop (to rearrange items) and export. Zoom features, as you can see below, allows you to focus on one point, paragraphs at a time. To return to your list click on the link "home".

The export function allows you to copy your list already formatted or plain text. This way you can paste it into other programs. Finally, you can choose to have your completed items visible or hidden. If you keep the visible, they will show cross on your lists.

Then WorkFlowy has not much of what either underway elsewhere, they are diligently working on a mobile application (iPhone, Android iPad) and backup the collaboration & sharing best moving and many other functions. So if you are looking for a simple way manage your tasks without all the whistles and bells, gives WorkFlowy try.
